The house is divided into two parts.
The first part includes two large garages, an ancillary building (an efficiency apartment with a private bathroom, kitchen and fireplace – ideal for guests, staff or as a working place) and a boiler-room with the main/central 400 litre water heater supplying all bathrooms and two kitchens with hot water, heated by means of solar collectors.

The main (second) part of the house comprises the basement with a wine cellar, a 3 sq.m. cold storage for food and drinks, and a pantry/closet. Situated in the basement are also the sauna for two persons with a shower cabin and a fitness room.
On the ground floor, there is a room for clothes (separate room with closets/wardrobes and a mirror), a large master bedroom with its own closet/wardrobe, a bathroom with shower cabin, as well as a jacuzzi bathtub for two persons. Also, there is a toilet for visitors.
The kitchen is made in high quality wood, the dining and living rooms are with high ceilings and a fireplace, and both have way out to the main terrace.
On the first floor, there are two terraces, a spacious gallery overlooking the sitting room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are directly connected with the rooms, so that one room upstairs has its own bathroom and a closet, while the other two are connected by a corridor with a closet/wardrobe, and they share a large bathroom with a shower cabin and jacuzzi bathtub.
The inside stairway to the upper floor, to the gallery, leads from the living room.

The house comprises four master bedrooms, a living room, the apartment, a gallery and five bathrooms.

The entire house was built according to the highest construction standards, including double walls (i.e. insulation of natural materials – “stone wool” – in between) and insulated roof and floors.
The doors and windows are of corrosion-protected (anodized) aluminium on the outside and wood sheathing on the inside; they also include the mosquito nets and aluminium grids with locks. The flooring where ceramics is used is 90% high quality stone – granite and marble, and 10% classic tiles.
Each room has the option of connection to classic, satellite and cable TV and the surround system, internet and phone. There is also the possibility of installing the telephone and TV in the basement at the fitness room, so that these can serve as office or bedroom. Additionally, the house is equipped with a central vacuum cleaner so that there is no need for using traditional VCs.
The entire house and the garages are covered by an alarm system connected through the exchange to a security service. Also, the whole plot is covered by video surveillance (7 cameras), including the driveway to the central gate that could also be connected to security. The main gate is opened by means of interphone and camera.
The yard around the house is paved with natural stone, and the balcony wall with stone and marble.
An automatic watering system was installed along the lawn, orchard and decorative living pine-tree fence, and lighting along the entire plot. The fence is doubled, providing full privacy (standard fence on the outside, and 240 cm high, densely planted pine trees on the inside).
Installed on the roof are solar collectors for heating water, which provides an electric energy saving, particularly in the summer months. The house is connected to the city water supply system but also has its own well, so that there is no option of fresh water shortage. The watering for the lawn and supply for the swimming pool are provided solely from the well – which means there is no utility billing for this purpose.
The pool is 10x5 metres, with the automatic filtration system (constant water flow through the pump and its purification, so there is no need for changing the water over the entire period of using the pool during the season). Installed in the pool are also jet-massage spouts, underwater lights – making it ideal for night swimming, and a water heater.
Behind the building there is a summer house – an ideal place for barbecuing and reposing, and a large orchard.
The facility has a power generator switched on automatically within 20 seconds after the power cut, supplying the power to the whole of the house and the entire yard – meaning that the structure will not be disconnected.
The alarm system has its own battery so that it is not disconnected even during the 20-second power cut. The cooling/heating system operates on the fan coiler principle (one principal outside heating pump with 12 inside units). There is also a reserve heating system (electric boiler) in case of malfunction of the standard system.
